Terms of Service

  1. Travel Expenses of the crew are not included in the package. Accommodation of the crew has to be taken care of by the client (if needed).

  2. A detailed service invoice will be sent once the booking is confirmed. The details will include the service taken, the deliverables committed, and our payment terms.

  3. Power requirements/permissions are to be managed by the client.

  4. Additional travel expenses are applicable for Pre/Post Wedding shoots depending on the locations of the event. Outdoor shoots can be done on a convenient day for both parties.

  5. Clients need to take care of travel expenses, any payments, entry fees, or convenient charges by third parties such as resorts, private/public premises, etc.

  6. All the video output will be delivered to you within 45 days of the event. We assure a 45-day express delivery of videos and albums after the image selections, considering fewer customizations and on-time design confirmations from the client. Video output might take time than mentioned as we take quality of the output seriously. Also peak seasonal rush might affect the delivery window please bear with us.

  7. Client needs to provide a 1TB Hard Drive for sharing all the softcopy deliverables.

  8. We share the copyright of photos and videos of the work equally with the client. We may use them for our promotional activities on our social media platforms, website, and any third-party platforms in digital or printed format.

  9. If in any case the client chooses to own the complete copyright of the works and doesn't want us to use them for our promotional activities in the future, we have premium packages in which 25% additional cost to the current package will be applicable.

  10. Our dates are booked months prior. In case an event date is one of the peak dates of the season, then there will be a variation in the package cost. Hence we recommend all our clients to make their bookings at the earliest.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION OF OUR SERVICES
Once the advance payment is made and we confirm the services, we will assign the professionals for your event. In any case, if the event/service is cancelled, the following terms will be applicable.

1. Any cancellation of services is prior to 45 days of your event date, then 50% of the total payment made to date will be refunded in 5 working days from the day of the cancellation date.
2. If the cancellation is done within 45 days from the event date, then the advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. In any case, if the event gets preponed or postponed, the advance payment will be carried towards the revised service amount as per the revised requirements or the same will be refunded as per the above mentioned terms if we are unable to provide the service on the revised date.


SERVICE OF FAILURE
For any circumstances we have no control over such as natural events, flooding, medical emergencies, transportation delays etc. which prevent or delay us from reaching the destination or carrying out our obligations, we will be reimbursing the aggregate amount partially/completely.
